What is a credit?
Credits are Marker's single billing unit: 1 credit = $0.01. Simulated voice minutes, ingested audio, and judged evaluations each draw from one shared organization balance at published per-operation rates — there are no separate quotas per team, agent, or API key.
What happens when I run out of credits?
By default, new billable work stops at zero. Reads stay open and in-flight work finishes, so you never lose a run mid-flight and never get a surprise invoice.
How does overage work?
Organization owners can opt in to usage-based overage from billing settings. A spend cap between 1× and 2× of your plan allotment is required; past the cap, work hard-stops again.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Your allotment refreshes each billing period and unused credits expire at period end.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes — plans are self-serve. Manage your subscription any time from the in-app billing settings and customer portal.
Is there a free trial?
Not today. Signup is open and self-serve: choose a plan, set up your organization, and go straight to checkout.
What does Enterprise actually include?
The same platform, deployed self-managed in your cloud or datacenter — with an air-gapped install as a first-release target. You bring your own identity provider (OIDC / SAML) and models; delivery is signed images and a Helm chart, licensed by a signed offline file instead of credit billing.
